COACHING ACADEMY & TRAIN THE TRAINER

Duration: 3 x Full Day (consecutive days)

Course Overview – This workshop focuses on coaching in the workplace and the skills needed to develop as an effective coach. The 3rd day focuses on train the trainer and will provide the skills and techniques for anyone wishing to train in their organisation. This course can also be run as a one day Train the Trainer – (minimum 4 delegates)

  • Demonstrate knowledge, skills and behaviours to coach others and act confidently as an effective coach

  • Identify how coaching can support the development of an individual

  • Support organisational strategy through coaching individuals to translate organisational aims into personal development goals

  • Identify the attributes of an effective trainer

  • Recognising the different ways people learn and how we can adapt our delivery style to suit each learning style

  • Identify the value of planning and preparation for your training session

  • Know how to handle difficult delegates when training

  • Be aware of the effects of body language and tone of voice on your delivery

TRAIN THE TRAINER

Duration: 2 x Full Day (consecutive days)

Minimum Delegates: 4

Course Overview – This workshop is designed to provide skills and techniques for anyone wishing to train staff in their organisation with confidence. Delegates will benefit from our highly skilled teacher/ trainers with recognised certificates in education, with many years of knowledge and first-hand experience in the training environment. Whilst reflecting and sharing experiences, delegates will have opportunity to develop their skills in designing, structuring and delivering training sessions which deliver exactly the right message. This course can also be run as a one day Train the Trainer (minimum 4 delegates).

FOLLOW UP COACHING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Duration: Full Day (up to 4 delegates)

Course Overview – We are proud to be able to offer follow up observation and coaching sessions with delegates that have attended the Train the Trainer and the Coaching Academy workshops. This support will ensure delegates are implementing the learning in the workplace and following best practice. We will offer support, praise and give constructive feedback following observations and actions will be discussed and agreed for further on-going development.
